Orders are processed within 2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location within Pakistan, but most orders arrive within 5-7 business days of processing.

Returns & Refunds

• Return requests are accepted within 7 days of your order's arrival.
• To qualify for a refund, products must remain in their original packaging, unopened and unused.
• Contact us with your order ID and the reason for the return to begin the process.
• Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
• Delivery costs are generally not refundable, except where you received the wrong item or the product arrived damaged.
